Richard G. Watson, CSP
Principal- Director of Administration
Richard is a trained and Certified Occupational Safety & Health Professional with over 30 years of experience at the Corporate, Regional, Divisional and Plant level. His passion for Occupational Safety and his roles at various Fortune 500 Companies blended his duties with Property Asset Management, Risk Avoidance and Corporate Security.
Throughout his career he has been thoroughly trained and became an expert in conducting Risk Assessments, Job Hazard Analyses and Root Cause Analyses, understanding why incidents occur and how to prevent recurrence. Richard brings these talents to Ridge Line Security Group as one of the Co founders of the organization.
Richard will focus on the Administrative arm of the organization and work towards growth of the business. Richard has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Murray State University and will soon complete a Master’s of Science Degree from Adelphi University in Emergency Management.
ALPHONSO T. CHAMPAGNE, mba
Principal- Director of Field Operations
Alphonso has 15 years experience as a licensed personal protection and asset protection officer. He has worked in many of New York's finer entertainment venues and establishments, and has worked for several high profile clients providing Executive Protection. From 2018 to present, Alphonso has served as an Asset Protection Officer in the New York City Diamond District.
He has also worked in the capacity as a private security contractor; advising companies regarding their security needs. During the height of hurricane season of 2017, Alphonso deployed to the Southeastern Region of the US, to participate in relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Irma. There, Alphonso was well entrenched in tactical security with teams set up to deter looting and robbery of the compromised businesses, their assets and personal property of survivors.
Alphonso received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of New York at Buffalo and his Masters of Business Administration from The New York Institute of Technology. As Co-Founder, Mr. Champagne brings a wealth of hands on Security experience to Ridgeline Security Group, as well as the ability to customize your protective needs .
